Christina mckasy, associate consultant
Ms. McKasy joined S.B. Clark Companies in December 2021. Ms. McKasy works to understand the needs and objectives of S.B. Clark’s clients to provide support and guidance on affordable housing projects. Prior to joining S.B. Clark Companies, Ms. McKasy worked at the Colorado Division of Housing where she worked on single-family homeowner lending programs such as down payment assistance, owner-occupied rehabilitation, and other pilot programs to improve single family housing stock. Prior to the Division of Housing, Ms. McKasy worked at the United Way of Weld County on poverty reduction programs.
Ms. McKasy received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. Ms. McKasy has completed the Urban Land Institute and Denver Office of Economic Development’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program and the National Development Council’s Rental Housing Development Finance Professional certification.
