Meet Erin Laetz.

 

Erin Laetz, Assistant Vice President

Ms. Laetz joined S. B. Clark Companies in November 2021 with a background in urban planning and community and economic development. Ms. Laetz works on the NMTC side of the business and supports the team in providing comprehensive service to clients. This includes building and maintaining relationships with partners in the NMTC industry, preparing financial solicitations, assisting in financial analysis and proforma development, coordinating the closing process, and ensuring client’s needs are met for the duration of the engagement.

 Ms. Laetz has nine years of experience in community planning and development. Prior to joining S.B. Clark Companies, Ms. Laetz was Vice President of Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.), a Denver-based consultancy providing planning, economic and community development services to clients throughout the country. While at P.U.M.A., she managed strategic planning initiatives for business improvement district (BID)-based organizations, facilitated community engagement processes for a variety of planning initiatives, and led feasibility and re-use studies for community-serving projects. Additionally, Ms. Laetz oversaw the outreach and eligibility screening for the Colorado Fresh Food Financing Fund (CO4F), a program that provides favorable financing to encourage the development of fresh food retail in underserved communities throughout the state.

 Ms. Laetz served a three-year term on the board of directors for Downtown Colorado Inc. (DCI), a statewide non-profit that works to revitalize local economies. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston College and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver.
