Ms. Brinkhoff joined S.B. Clark Companies in December 2022. She works on the NMTC side of the business assisting the team to illustrate financial opportunities for commercial development projects in low-income communities through financial modeling and relationships with NMTC program partners. Ms. Brinkhoff works to build lasting client relationships by understanding the client’s objectives and business model of current project and future vision.
Ms. Brinkhoff previously had nine years of experience in LIHTC. She is formerly the Deputy Director of HUD Services with a valuation and market feasibility firm. Ms. Brinkhoff assisted in building the HUD services department at her former firm focusing on LIHTC, RAD, and USDA Rural Development. In her time at the firm, she guided Public Housing Authorities (“PHA”) through the capital needs, energy audit, environmental and financial reporting requirements for each of the specific programs, working closely with the PHAs to achieve their property rehabilitation goals while recognizing the financial constraints.
Ms. Brinkhoff received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Denver.
