Ms. Totaro-Bloom joined S.B. Clark Companies in January 2023. She is focused on the company’s NMTC division, supporting all involved entities throughout the scope of each NMTC project. Ms. Totaro-Bloom works to facilitate relationship building with Community Development Entities, investors and project sponsors, along with providing financial modeling for each project. She assists with the creation of community benefit statements, proformas and project agendas, and provides project management, organization and recordkeeping for S.B. Clark and their clients.
Ms. Totaro-Bloom is a Denver native and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2009. She has a background in management and sales, working with multiple small, local businesses in Denver prior to joining the team at S.B. Clark.
